Jack dreamed about weird things all through the night, but nothing that caused him to wake up early. And eventually they went away back into normal dreams or nothing at all. It was a night like any other. Except for the fact he woke up some place else.
He felt a warm breeze in his face, in fact he felt warm all over, as if the sun was shinning down on him and he was all heated up. He frowned and figured it was Tyyne having a nightmare and becoming too hot in the process. Jack rolled over to the side, to hug her closely and calm her down but grabbed nothing. Not even sheets. He frowned even more. The texture beneath his hands was odd. Was he still dreaming or something? He finally decided to open his eyes but the brightness was too strong and he had to cover his eyes with his arm until he got used to it. He sat up and heard water. What the hell? It sounded like…waves? He finally was able to open his eyes and found the ocean in front of him. But not just any ocean, he knew those cristal clear waters. He looked around and found himself on a white sand beach, with palm trees all around behind him. He was in his pirate clothes…wait what? He took them off the night before, why was he in his pirate clothes? Jack went to scratch the top of his head, as a normal tick he had when he was confused and turned out to be even more confused when he felt his old dreads on top of his head instead of the soft locks. His heart started to race. Why was he in a beach, with pirate clothes and his real hair? He knew it was real because he pulled on it to make sure it wasn’t his wig. Where was Tyyne??
Before he could figure out anything, he heard voices behind him, screaming his name. Jack stood up and looked behind, seeing Gibbs and the rest of his crew running towards him, glad to see him. Only then did it hit him. He was back…but Tyyne was not there with him. His heart sank in his chest.
